Der „Akashi Blended“ beinhaltet 30% Malt Whisky und 70% Grain Whisky und reift zunächst für drei Jahre in ex-Bourbon-Hogsheads, bevor er anschliessend für weitere zwei Jahre in frische Fässer aus Weisseiche kommt.
